Free printable postcards: Save America's Postal Service

Somewhere jumping around in the Twitter vortex, I discovered these incredibly adorable free printable postcards: Save America's Postal Service. Really fun design. I don't have a color printer, but I think I'm going to have to try out a couple of these in grayscale. I love the adorable artwork of drowning mailboxes! Check out the link, where you can download this design + two more.

  1. I posted a link to your blog on Swap-bot's Forums (under the FUN category>Real life/Off topic>Help Your Post Office and Postal Carrier). Over the past two weeks this group had been brainstorming ideas as to how to help out our dear USPS and many of us took action to "up the count". The mission continues to save our service and these delightful postcards will definitely help. THANKS so much!

  2. Those are really cool! Would you have to print them out on cardstock? Is it ok to put cardstock in a regular printer?

  3. Marian - click the original link for more detailed printing instructions.

Kris - thank YOU! I'm so glad to know there are lots of folks out there as interested in saving the USPS as I am, and I'm tickled you linked up my blog in the Swap-bot forums. I'll have to check out that thread.

  4. Thank you so much for posting this! Your blog is wonderful, and I'm really glad you liked the postcards!

Marian, I am able to use cardstock in my Canon printer without any trouble. However, you could also email the file to Kinko's or another printer, and you might get better results. Use cream-colored paper if you can!
