Gator paper

Don't Eat Paper aligator

This lovely tail-eating alligator is from the Amanda Visell Don't Eat Paper stationery set. I should have taken a photo of the back of the envelope, which says, cutely, don't eat mail. I am particularly fond of this stationery set for its mix of cute and dark/weird. I really like the illustration style, too. (Here's another design in this set.)

Glitter-fanged gator

Here's a closer look at those gator fangs, which I embellished with Stickles glitter glue. Sparkly pearly whites!

  3. I ended up buying not only this Amanda Visell stationery but a number of other stationery sets. Fantastic prices! These will be perfect for notes to new SendSomething members. Thank you dear Missive Maven for helping me add some fun to my stationery stash :-)

  4. PostMuse - glad to be an enabler! I really adore the Dark Horse stationery. Be warned that some of the designs are better for fountain pen ink than others; generally if the writing background is white, they're fine, and if it's colored, you may need a more fine-tuned pen/ink combo. It's not a problem for me, but others have complained about it. Anyway, the Dark Horse sets are great with festive designs, great envelopes, and stickers in every pack... not to mention how affordable per letter they are.
