Letterset lovin'

I just discovered a dangerous new retailer: ShopKawaii.com. They are based in Pennsylvania, so I don't have to pay international shipping for overly cute Japanese and Korean lettersets. Yay! If only they carried Jetoy... Anyway, I just got a nice order from them, and the prices are quite decent. So far the lettersets I've tried have been surprisingly fountain-pen friendly, considering how thin and inexpensive the paper is. (Ah, Japanese papers...)

So, feeling letterset-rich, I've even joined another swap-bot swap. It's been months. I may regret it. But if you feel like swapping lettersets, check out the Lettersets: I want more! swap. The more the merrier, eh?

  1. ShopKawaii.com is based in Pittsburgh, moments from where I work. Come visit and I'll take you to the shop, Kawaii Gifts. It is crammed full of kawaii. I'm not a huge kawaii fan, but the Apple Store is on the same street so I'm down there often enough and sometimes pop into the shop to see what is the latest in cute.

  2. PostMuse, I thought of you as soon as I saw the Pittsburgh address! :-) I am picky about my kawaii, but they have some cute cat stuff. I would love to visit their store someday.

  4. Yes! I haven't been home to visit Japantown this summer, so I've been running low on lettersets... How great to find a US-domestic retailer. :D

  6. I'm hooked on the cute letterset site shop Kawaii. Thanks for sharing. I actually found some Hello Kitty lettersets at our local craft store, Michaels. Surprisingly they were on clearance.
